New Zealand Deliveries

When will my order be dispatched?

If you place your order before 11am on a weekday we will aim to dispatch same day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.

During promotional sale periods please allow for additional delays but we will endeavor to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes sorry!

Once dispatched, how long will my order take?

North Island targeted overnight delivery to all Metro areas. Excludes RURAL addresses. We Use Pass the Parcel Couriers however delays can occur.
South Island delivery is a two-day service. We use Pass the Parcel Couriers however delays can occur.
NZ RURAL delivery takes additional time please allow 3-7 days for your delivery, we suggest a work address be supplied for a fast and efficient delivery. Rural deliveries will be sent via Pass the Parcel and are unable to get signatures upon delivery.

If you provide us with an Authority to Leave Studio 415 will not be held liable for lost, missing or stolen packages from your address. Please advise in the note section at checkout time a safe place to leave your parcel.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and link.

You can also track your order by entering your tracking number into the Bar Code option here: Track And Trace - Pass the Parcel

You can also ring Pass the parcel Customer Services on 0800 727 784 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM please have your tracking number ready.

At this stage we do not offer international shipping.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Public Holidays & Stat Holidays mean no pickups, so please ensure when booking around the Christmas & Easter periods that this is taken into consideration.
Our offices are closed all Public/Stat days and courier pick ups/deliveries are not working on these days either.

EVERY YEAR AT CHRISTMAS we have shut down dates and will be closed.
