FAULTY EQUIPMENT
Contact us at shannonstudio415@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item, citing your order number and identifying the defect.
*Please note: Shipping, maintenance or return expenses are not covered.
Items may need to be returned to us so that they can be assessed by the manufacturer. If you have purchased our equipment from one of our distributors you need to return it to them for repair.
If you are shipping an item of value, you should consider using a trackable courier service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. It will be repaired or replaced at no cost (excluding shipping &/or maintenance related costs – such as replacing filters). and if a refund has been approved or rejected. Refunds will only be made to original payment method. For refunds requested over 60 days of completing a payment, a credit voucher will be given in place of a refund.
If the repair or replacement is found not to be covered under your warranty, the repair or replacement and any associated work will require your approval & prepayment prior to any works being completed.
SPRAY TANNING SOLUTION/CHANGE OF MIND
Studio 415 do not offer a refund if you change your mind about a purchase - so please choose carefully.
If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Should you make an order and require it to be changed before it's dispatched from our warehouse please contact us ASAP by email shannonstudio415@gmail.com
Please do not send back any items without talking to a staff member first.
Items being sent back must be in the original condition with the original packaging. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in sellable condition with the original packaging intact. Return shipping is to be paid by the consumer.
If you are shipping an item of value, you should consider using a trackable courier service.

Items purchased on sale or discounted are non-exchangeable and non-returnable please chose carefully.
STUDIO 415 MAY DECLINE SALES
Studio 415 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline any order or part thereof. Any order or part thereof not accepted is deemed cancelled. Any payment made by the purchaser will be refunded fully to the original card used at payment time.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION?
The ingredients of the product are listed to help you identify sensitivities with certain ingredients.
Different skin types and skin conditions may react differently to products and brands. It is always best to know and understand how your skin reacts to different products and ingredients.
Please note: We always recommend carrying out a patch test 24 hours prior to use. If you experience an allergic reaction to your patch test please discontinue use.
If you experience an allergic reaction, please send a detailed description of what occurred along with the pictures to shannonstudio415@gmail.com. We will communicate this to the brand and help find an appropriate solution.
Please note that issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt of item. In certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions.
INCORRECT ORDERS
Whilst every order shipped is checked and double checked from time to time a mistake can sneak through, if you have received an item that you didn't order/an item is missing from your order, please contact us shannonstudio415@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement for your missing item to be shipped out. In your email please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A photo of your package and contents
POP UP TENTS
All Pop up spray tan tents are individually checked prior to being packed into their boxes. Should the tent be damaged as a result of over bending it will not be covered under warranty.
Bindings in tents are joined at the bottom of each tent by a special clipping. A 30 day grace period applies for any tents that have torn at any seams after this time there is no warranty.
SPRAY TAN TRAINING
A $299 non-refundable deposit along with the remaining course cost will be billed to you to confirm your placement at our training workshop. Your deposit needs to be paid when making the booking and the remainder of the cost needs to be paid in full 7 days before your training date. Individual/group bookings that wish to cancel will forfeit the deposits along with any additional travel arrangement costs incurred. There is no refunds available for NO SHOWS on the day of training or for cancellations within one weeks notice of your selected training workshop start date.
